I would’ve never had thought I’d be the type of person enjoying an online gym plan and actually enjoying it.
Moving across the world this year made it difficult to stick to the gym especially with the pandemic.
As well as Rory being amazing at his job he has also become a great friend and the only person I can safely say I can trust when it comes to choosing the somewhat healthy lifestyle. That’s just the kind of person he is. Someone you start to instantly trust. You can tell he knows what he’s talking about and doesn’t make anything too complicated. He is always there if I’ve any questions or if I want to moan about my sore legs after a heavy week of weights.
I would 100% recommend to any kind of gym go-er, beginner to experienced. I can guarantee he’ll suck you in and actually make you enjoy the gym as if it’s a hobby and not a chore.

I’m SOOOOO grateful for the work you’ve helped me with over the last 10 weeks. I got so much value and benefit from your expertise and guidance. Every single interaction (even though all over email and spreadsheet) has been valuable to me. Even without use of the gym, I’ve got so much out of the structure you’ve given me, the selection of sets and advice on the number of reps etc. I feel like I’m physically leaner and happier in my skin overall and still feel motivated to continue, small tweaks can keep it interesting and effective enough for now.
